After I got the kiddos taken care of, I ran to the cupboard and reached for the burner pills, my special cup of water, my blender, protein mix, 1 banana and 8oz of milk. To my absolute surprise once I choked down the pill and waited 15 minutes to drink my breakfast I was shocked at how yummy the mix was. Furthermore, once I mixed the Wellness Formula into 6oz of water, I wasn't sure if I should pinch my nose before I choked it down. . . .not necessary, it was YUMMY! (wildberry)
I maintained a full feeling until my first mid morning snack. My snack of choice: 1 apple.
By lunchtime I was ready for my next protein shake meal and burn pill. I'm dreading the cleanse - not sure how it will affect me. I'll post more later. But I'm not sure I feel any effects so far. . . .maybe in the next couple days?
